However, due to the presence of email spammers, this process doesn’t always function seamlessly. Frequently, these emails from your website can become trapped in the spam filters you have in place.

Various types of spam filters exist. If you’re using email programs like Outlook, Apple Mail, or Gmail, you might have a spam folder where such emails could be located. Alternatively, you might utilize a separate email service with spam-filtering capabilities. In such cases, you might access a website to log in and find spam stored in a repository, or a similar solution may be available.

Upon launching your new website, ensuring that these emails successfully reach you is crucial. If they don’t, you may need to whitelist the server or train your spam filter to recognize these emails as non-spam.

You can access this backup through your website’s Dashboard or Administration area by logging in. Navigate to the “Forms” component or plugin, where you’ll find a section called “Submissions” containing copies of everything that has been sent. From there, you can download or export the data as needed.
