Each support block represents half an hour of work. This means the minimum duration of work we undertake is half an hour. Additionally, we perform tasks like taking backups, conducting testing, and generating reports within this time frame. Moreover, it’s possible for us to address multiple requests within a single half-hour block.

Here’s a pro tip: Some clients provide us with a list of tasks to streamline our work and maximize the value of each block.

Support Blocks never expire. The more blocks you purchase, the greater the discount you receive, making it beneficial to stock up on them.

We meticulously track the number of blocks you’ve purchased, their utilization, and the remaining balance in your account. You can easily monitor this information by logging in at any time. To keep things straightforward, blocks are linked to your website’s domain name.

It’s important to note that asking questions or requesting a quote does not utilize any blocks. If we ever plan to charge blocks for a service, we will always confirm this with you via email beforehand.
